Looking back at the first half of the year, success and sweat have passed by with the passage of time. Looking forward to the second half of the year, we are full of energy and a long way to go. On July 21, 2019, Hongtai's 2019 mid-year summary meeting officially kicked off at the Hunan base. The meeting was held in the three places with the Hunan base as the main venue, the Jiangsu base branch and the Guangdong base branch venue. Manager Chen Chaolan and other company executives and more than 40 people in charge of various departments attended the meeting. This mid-year meeting broke past conventions, and the meeting was scheduled in three stages by combining field visits, education and training, and conference discussions.
 
1. Field inspection.
"Learning from excellent people and keeping up with industry benchmarks" has always been the basic requirement of General Manager Chen Chaolan for Hongtai's mid-level and above cadres: Based on this, on July 19, executive vice president Ye Junhui led Hongtai cadres to visit Xiangjiang Guanxi Paint and Huazi Technology. 2. Education and training.
Grow in learning, grow in growth! In the increasingly severe market competition environment, how to gain a favorable position in the competition, the general manager Mr. Chen Chaolan has always hoped that every Hongtai person will have the opportunity to participate in training and learning, and in the continuous learning process, to create a high-quality, Efficient team.
On July 20th, the general manager Mr. Chen Chaolan invited Mr. Huang Wulin, a well-known training lecturer in the industry, to our company to hold the training of "Huawei Efficient Team Building". The training focuses on the analysis of the problems that are likely to occur in the team, from blind spot identification and sharing to barriers to inter-departmental communication, as well as positive and negative feedback during the communication process. After the training, the cadres participating in the training shared their own training experience based on the problems encountered in the actual work. After everyone discussed together, some of the cadres' problems in the previous work were resolved. The general manager Mr. Chen Chaolan said that the training was a successful training. The content of the lectures taught by the training instructors was more realistic and the methods were practical, which could effectively solve the problems in the team.
 
3. Mid-year summary and planning for the second half of the year
The mid-year summary meeting on July 21 was held as scheduled, and the heads of each department first reported on their work. Explain the achievements and existing problems of the department under its jurisdiction in the first half of the year, sum up the experience and lessons, sort out and find the deficiencies, and make a detailed plan for the department's work deployment in the second half of the year. For issues that require inter-departmental communication and resolution, everyone actively spoke and provided suggestions, so that every problem presented at the meeting could come to an effective solution, and another special meeting was discussed for individual specific issues that were difficult to reach a consensus for a while.
 
 
 
After listening to the work reports of the various departments, the general manager Mr. Chen Chaolan gave a speech, fully affirming the performance of the departments in the first half of the year, and at the same time expressing gratitude to all the cadres for their hard work! General Manager Chen Chaolan said that through the efforts of all the cadres in the first half of the year, operating income increased by 100% compared with the same period last year. We are fully confident and capable of completing the annual goals and tasks! At the same time, it is emphasized that, first of all, we must conscientiously solve the internal problems, focus on technological innovation, quality improvement, and improve the company’s competitiveness.
